Mission

  • Braj Animal Care (BAC) is dedicated to improving the lives of street animals in the Vrindavan area.

How We Started

  • BAC was established in 2019 by Chandan Goswami Maharaj during the COVID-19 pandemic to feed street animals.

  • Officially registered as a non-profit, non-government organisation (NPNGO) in March 2021.

Our Location

  • Based in Vrindavan, Mathura District, Uttar Pradesh.

What We Do

  • We feed street animals and, since 2020, provide mobile medical care for injured animals.

Funding

  • Operates independently, funded by founders and donors.

Our Team

  • A dedicated team of six trained professionals involved in daily activities.

Our Achievements

  • We distribute approximately 1,900 monthly meals, excluding special feeding events.

  • We assess and treat around 170 cases each month.
